Imola, 13th May 2013 – The countdown to the European Le Mans Series is started. The 3 Hours of Imola from May 17th to 19th, is the unique Italian round. The European Championship is set up on five of the most important European circuits: Silverstone, Paul Ricard, Red Bull Ring, Hungaroring and Imola.
The 28 cars taking part to the competition on Saturday 18th will be divided into 4 categories.
LMP2 series : Oreca, Zytek, Lola, Alpine and Morgan will excite with their technology and performances, as already seen in the first race in Silverstone. Jota Sport team, composed by Simon Dolan and Oliver Turvey driving a Zytek Z11SN-Nissan, has imposed itself on the British track, but the whole category showed that many other teams are able...
