This building consists in 3 floors, each one extending over 750 m², is provided with a separated external entrance from Paddock 1, and is directly connected to the Parc Fermé.

The Race Direction, the race secretary offices, and the stewards rooms are located on the ground floor while the Racetrack management offices are on the first floor and a cosy VIP lounge and other offices for different purposes are on the second floor.
